At Caiotech Private Limited, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you experience issues with your order, our Returns & Refunds Policy ensures a transparent and timely resolution.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
Perishable Products (Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy):
Must be returned or reported on the same day of delivery. These products are not eligible for return or refund after the delivery day unless a serious quality issue is proven.
Non-Perishable Items (Packaged goods, FMCG):
Must be returned or reported within 24 hours of delivery if:
The item is damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect.
The original packaging is tampered with or missing (where applicable).
Items are not eligible for return if:
Reported after the allowed time window.
Damaged due to customer handling.
Requested for return without valid reason or evidence.
2. How to Request a Return
Return requests can be submitted through:
The mobile application used for placing the order.
Email: contact@caio-tech.com with Order ID, product image, and issue details.
Phone/WhatsApp: As per local customer support availability.
We recommend reporting issues with perishable goods immediately upon delivery.
3. Refund Process
Once approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, net banking) within 7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders, we will request your bank account or UPI details to initiate the refund.
Partial refunds are issued when applicable (e.g., part of the order is damaged or incorrect).
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.
Once dispatched, cancellations are subject to approval and may be processed as a return request.
If an item is out of stock or delivery is delayed significantly, a full refund will be issued automatically.
5. Escalations and Dispute Resolution
If your issue remains unresolved, you can escalate the matter by contacting our Grievance Officer. We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and promptly.
